The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, request type, service interest and project message. You may also provide your organization, phone number, budget range and timing. When you contact us directly, we receive the information included in that conversation. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records through the public inquiry form.
How the information is used
We use inquiry information to understand the request, respond to you, clarify a proposed scope and manage related project communications. The website records your contact-consent choice with the request. Submitting an inquiry does not create a public profile or publish your message on the website.
Storage and service providers
Project requests are stored in the website’s private inquiry records and are available to authorized administrators. An email notification may also be sent to the studio. Hosting, email and technical-support providers may process information as needed to operate the website and communication services. Server and security logs may contain technical information associated with a request.
The website assistant
The assistant uses the question you enter to provide information from public website content. Its current website feature does not create a saved conversation history or send questions to an external AI provider. Avoid including private project access or sensitive personal information in a chat question.
Retention and requests
Retention depends on the purpose of the inquiry, any ongoing project and relevant recordkeeping needs. You can contact intake@pexstral.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or ask for a retention or deletion review. We may need information that helps verify the request and identify the relevant records.
