Start with a few details.
Use the form to request a conversation or ask about an estimate. You can choose a service if you know what you need, or describe the problem in your own words. Please share only the information needed for an initial inquiry.
What helps us understand the project.
Tell us about your organization, the people you need to reach and what is difficult or missing today. If there is an existing website, product or system, include its public address and explain what you would like to change.
A target date, an approximate budget range and the systems the work must connect to help us discuss a realistic scope. If those decisions are still open, say so. You can also share references and explain what you find useful about them.
- The purpose of the project and the audience it serves.
- The services or functions you believe are needed.
- Any deadlines, dependencies or approval requirements.
- The content, brand assets or existing systems already available.
What happens after you send an inquiry.
We review the information and follow up with relevant questions or a suggested next step. That may be a discovery conversation, a more focused brief or a discussion of the scope needed for an estimate.
A request for an estimate begins that conversation. Project deliverables, fees, timing and responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal or agreement before work begins. If specialist input or access to an existing system is needed, we identify it as part of defining the work.
Prefer to speak directly?
You can email intake@pexstral.com, call our office at (832) 213-8269 or use the additional number (832) 668-9223. We are based in Houston, Texas, and work with organizations worldwide. Let us know your time zone and a suitable way to contact you.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or confidential records through an initial inquiry. If the next step requires access or sensitive project material, the appropriate arrangements can be agreed first.
Not sure which service fits?
A website question may involve content, brand design, search or a connection to another system. A product idea may need discovery before development. Describe the goal and we can help identify a useful starting point.
